I had a lip flip procedure, Brittney did the procedure, before she did anything she went over any questions and told me what to expect. It was done quickly and pretty much pain free. I told her I was interested in getting lip fillers. Brittney explained I would need to wait a couple of weeks. She explained what that would entail and we made an appointment for two weeks. UPDATED: After receiving a nice text and phone call from the owner, explaining the situation and hopeful upcoming negotiations with vendors, I am so thankful that they will honor my previous price for my next treatment. That is very considerate. And perhaps negotiations will go well and my care can continue without me having to find another provider (as Pura Vida does have excellent services and customer service). Thank you for the thoughtful phone call, Julie. ❤️There was a 60% increase with HRT from 2025 to 2026! That is unbelievable and disheartening that they would do that to their customers. I gave them two stars, because their services are really good, but who can afford it?! That is not a reasonable increase. I sure hope there is a change of heart from management. 🥺 More

My husband surprised me with a spa day package consisting of a hydrating facial, 50 min massage, charcuterie board and a salt therapy session. I had no clue what I was in for until I got there. Andrea B started my experience off very pleasant. She explained anything I had questions on but only explained specific products when I asked as to add to the relaxing experience. Stacy B then took me for my massage and was very attentive to my preferences and needs she then led me to a beautiful charcuterie set up for my lunch paired with a mimosa before I finished my experience off in a salt therapy session reading my Kindle. The best part? They absolutely did NOT try to push their membership on me when I said I wouldn’t do a membership at this time but will be back occasionally. It is always my biggest pet peeve when places try to pressure you into a membership so I was exceptionally grateful these wonderful ladies heard and understood me. I can’t wait to go back for my DiamondGlow Facial next time! If I get to a point of utilizing a spa semi-regularly, their 20/20 membership seems to be a great deal! More
